South Main Street Corner is a work/live environment that hopes to help alleviate the people of poverty in the city. Even though this will be a new building that will hopefully further the development of the city, this building does not push anyone out of their living situation. South Main Street Corner hopes to enhance the standard of living for some of the people that live in the city.

South Main Street Corner is a public area where a community is formed. By creating this type of environment, this project hopes to unify the city of Lake Elsinore and reduce the division between economic parties. This will end up giving the city of Lake Elsinore a better reputation because of the decrease of homelessness and the increase of community engagement. South Main Street Corner will also take advantage of the surrounding natural environment by providing views for both the public and the residents. This will give appreciation back to what the City of Lake Elsinore is most proud of.
